Day 145
🌧 Title: Let It Be
📖 Scripture:
Eccles. 3:1 - To everything there is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven: (NKJV)
You keep trying to push things that aren’t moving, and it’s slowly wearing you down.
Not every delay is a sign of failure.
Not every closed door means you’ve been rejected.
But when life doesn’t seem to keep pace with you, it’s easy to feel that frustration start to build.
💡 LIGHTDROP INSIGHT:
Ecclesiastes reminds us that there’s a time for everything in life.
God operates through seasons rather than under pressure. Some things just can’t be rushed without suffering damage. Timing is crucial because real growth takes time.
We often find ourselves thinking, “If it hasn’t happened yet, something must be off.”
But heaven doesn’t gauge life by how urgent things feel. Instead, God looks at our readiness.
This shows up in:
✓ the relationships we try to force
✓ the dreams we want to achieve instantly
✓ the healing we wish would happen overnight
✓ the doors we keep trying to push open
✓ the pressure we feel from comparing ourselves to others
Seeing others move forward can make our own waiting feel unbearable. But that comparison can lead us to abandon our own journey.
⚖️ CORE SHIFT:
Peace begins when you stop fighting your season.
Not everything delayed is denied.
Some things are simply growing roots before they become visible.
🕯 REFLECTION:
What am I forcing because I’m afraid waiting means failure?
🙏 PRAYER:
Lord Jesus, please help me embrace the season I'm in.
Teach me to trust Your timing, free from fear, comparison, or frustration.
✨ LIGHTDROP THOUGHT:
Some things grow slowly on purpose.
