📖 Scripture: Phil. 4:12-13

12 - I know how to be abased, and I know how to abound. Everywhere and in all things I have learned both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.

13 - I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Life becomes exhausting when every unexpected change completely destabilizes you.

Not every season will remain predictable.

Paul learned how to adapt through changing conditions.

True maturity is not the absence of change.

It is stability despite change.

Strong people learn flexibility without losing faith.

Life changes quickly:

- plans fail,

- opportunities shift,

- people change,

- responsibilities increase,

- and unexpected battles appear.

Rigid people often break under sudden transitions.

⚖️ CORE SHIFT:

Adaptability is strength.

God wants believers who remain spiritually stable even when circumstances suddenly change.

🕯 REFLECTION:

Why do sudden changes still shake me so deeply?

🙏 PRAYER:

Lord, grant me the ability to be flexible without fear.

Help me stay grounded even when life becomes unpredictable.

Fortify my faith as I go through these changes. Amen
