📖 Scripture: 2Cor. 4:8-9

8 - We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair;

9 - persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed.

There were moments when life pressed you so hard you thought you would not recover.

But you are still here.

Still breathing.

Still standing.

Still moving forward.

💡 LIGHTDROP INSIGHT:

Paul explained that believers can be:

- pressed,

- perplexed,

- persecuted,

- and struck down,

yet not destroyed.

Pressure is powerful, but God’s sustaining grace is greater.

Some people are secretly carrying:

- emotional exhaustion,

- disappointment,

- silent grief,

- unanswered questions,

- and overwhelming responsibilities.

Yet God keeps supplying strength day by day.

⚖️ CORE SHIFT:

The pressure may have wounded you, but it did not finish you.

God still has purpose attached to your life.

🕯 REFLECTION:

If God preserved me through previous pressures, why do I keep doubting His ability to sustain me now?

Lord, I’m truly grateful for how You’ve kept me safe through all the tough times.

Strengthen my faith when pressure increases.

Help me O' Lord to remember, always that Your grace is what carries me through each day. Amen
