🧠 Title: Don't Wait for Another Miracle to Say Thank You

📖 Scripture: 1Thess. 5:18 - in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. (NKJV)

We often pray passionately for breakthroughs, but once they come, our thanksgiving fades.

Soon, yesterday's miracle becomes today's normal, and our prayers become filled with new requests instead of fresh gratitude.

💡 LIGHTDROP INSIGHT:

Paul says, "Give thanks in all circumstances." Gratitude is not pretending life is perfect; it is recognizing that God is still good.

Every breath, every meal, every opportunity, and every new morning is evidence of His mercy. Thanksgiving shifts our eyes from what we lack to what God has already done.

It's easy to thank God for a new job, a healing, or answered prayer. It's harder to thank Him months later when those blessings become familiar.

Grateful people don't necessarily have more; they simply notice more.

⚖️ CORE SHIFT:

Joy doesn't grow from getting everything you want.

It grows from appreciating everything God has already given.

🕯 REFLECTION:

What blessing have I stopped thanking God for because it has become ordinary?

🙏 PRAYER:

Father, forgive me for taking Your blessings for granted. 

Teach me to live with a grateful heart and let praise become my daily response, not just my reaction to miracles. Amen
